The Eagle Stekehelle is a large griddle/fire bowl made from cast iron. You place the griddle over hot coals or an open flame. Thanks to the 6 mm thick cast iron the griddle evenly heats up and also retains that heat for a long time. Cast iron is not stainless. That is why you should store it somewhere dry and rub a coat of oil on the surface if you won’t use it for a while.
