The Helle Fossekallen is an all-round outdoor knife. The name is derived from Norway’s national bird, the Fossekall, known to us as the dipper. The knife feels great in hand and offers enough grip during long-term use. The handle is made from stunning birch wood. The handle was shaped, polished and oiled by hand to give it it’s unique character. The blade is made from a core of hard stainless steel, laminated in between two layers of 18/8 stainless steel. This core has a razor-sharp edge and is easy to sharpen.
